These doughnuts have a good balance of moist and fluffy with a hint of rose essence so you get that delicate frgrant flavour, and the perfect amount of spice from the nutmeg and cardamom. The glaze has a Mauritian rose syrup and quality rose essence that just tastes divine and finished with crushed pistachios .
