VEGAN? Our entire range is 100% vegan. Please be assured that we also are aware that some sprinkles and cake decorations are not vegan friendly, and we do use any of those.
Please note that all our products are baked fresh onsite in our kitchens, which handle ingredients used to make all our products. While we do have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we have small kitchens and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible. Our kitchen handles the allergens of nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), sesame and soya. If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our products.
Our gluten free range is made with non gluten containing ingredients, however, our kitchens handle ingredients containing gluten.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS How long do your cakes last? The cakes have either a 7 or 10 day life from the date of dispatch depending on flavour. Each dessert will also have a best before date stamped on the information card sent out with each order.
WHAT TO DO IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY ORDER (returns policy) Our aim has always been to provide our customers with an excellent product, and great service, but from time to time, things don’t always go as planned. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch. Where possible we’d like the product returned providing proof of purchase, or we can arrange to collect the order from you. You may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged items in order for us to process a refund. Upon receipt of your delivery please make all your enquiries within 24 hours, after that we may not be able to process a refund. Email - hi@tastopia.co.uk Telephone – 07534504800 We aim to respond to all queries as promptly as possible, and will seek to refund a purchase if we feel it wasn’t up to our standards, or issue a gift voucher that you can redeem within six months.
MY ORDER IS LATE/ WHERE IS MY ORDER? We work hard to dispatch our cakes on time to arrive on the selected delivery date. Unfortunately in some cases, such as where there are higher than average volumes of deliveries, transit vehicle breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control, it can sometimes take longer for orders to be delivered. If your order has not been delivered on the day or within the parameters of the service you have chosen, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue in accordance with our delivery policy. With deliveries we highly recommend allowing 2 days for delivery just in case of any delays with the courier and we have a pop up message during the ordering process to advise customers of this. |

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER? Provided that the delivery date is available, we offer next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm. If there is time available, and especially for special events, we strongly advise the delivery date selected is the day before the required date. This is in case there are problems with the delivery (breakdowns, exceptional circumstances or events).
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES? Cakes, cupcakes: We deliver across London upto 40 miles. Delivery cost is dependent on postcode. Our minimum order for delivery is £25. There is no minimum spend for collections.
NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES: place your order by 12pm for delivery within 48 hours between Monday - Friday. Note for Nationwide, orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday. Tray bakes, macarons and cookies can be sent nationwide. All Nationwide deliveries have a flat £5.95 shipping cost for delivery to UK mainland destinations. Our minimum order for delivery is £25. Royal Mail next day delivery is £9.95 available when placing orders through the week. If you’d like Next Day Delivery to arrive for Saturday please place your order by 12pm Thursday for Friday dispatch.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER? Order before 12pm noon for next day delivery. Once you place your order, having opted for collection. You will be sent the collection address once your order has been received. Where can I find your allergens & nutritional information? HOW TO STORE PRODUCTS? All our products are freshly baked or prepared on the day, so we recommend that they are consumed 2 days for the optimum Tastopia experience. All desserts should be kept refrigerated at all times. If you are unsure of how long to keep or store your product, please email hi@tastopia.co.uk.
WHICH PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALCOHOL? You can find the nutritional information under the bottom of each product’s page. HOW CAN I PERSONALISE A CAKE? We can handwrite a message for you on top of a selection of cakes. This is limited to 30 characters. While ordering, there will be a section where you can enter your message. Due to different finishes and toppings, we offer this service for only a selected range of cakes.
